One of the great things about working with SAP Business One is you can easily customise the solution. We all know that SAP Business One is a really comprehensive, out-of-the-box system. But creating user defined fields (UDFs) allows organisations to do more with the application and the information stored within the database.  Check out this short video created by one of our experts on how to create UDFs in SAP Business One.

UDFs in SAP Business One can be used for a variety of reasons. Not all organisations work the same and follow the same processes. That’s why SAP Business One has been developed to quickly customise fields for activities such as projects, resources, issues or customer data.

Take a look at this short video and see how you can do more with your data in SAP Business One and push your solution deeper into your organisation.

TIP: Only users who have a SAP Business One Professional License are able to create UDFs. If you have a Professional License, and do not have access to follow the steps above, contact your system administrator.
