All our customers can access support services through our SAP Business One Support Portal. Using this type of remote support, we can provide you with the help you need quickly and efficiently.
You can also make use of the Virtual Assistant, which takes control of your computer remotely to troubleshoot your problems. This saves time and money and acts as a real-time education and training tool for our users.
