SAP Business One users took a step back in time at Hampton Court Palace to see the future of one of the world’s most popular ERP solutions.
Seidor UK’s customer day saw companies travel from across the UK to hear from leading solution architects and product experts about what’s next for SAP Business One.
Matt Sinclair (right), Head of SAP Business One UK&I, gave delegates an update on some of the cutting-edge solutions supplied around the world by SAP and how Business One continues to be one of the company’s leading products for growing SMEs.
SAP’s Frederic Bada and Dipan Shah also took to the stage to discuss the solution’s product road map and how new functionalities are set to be introduced for organisations to manage Brexit and the new digital tax regulations set for 2019.
The event also saw the launch of the Seidor SAP Cloud, Seidor’s own cloud hosting solution for SAP Business One, powered by Amazon Web Services. This new offering provides organisations with the ability to move their SAP Business One solution away from on-premise servers and into the cloud from as little as £33 per user per month.
“Hampton Court Palace was a remarkable venue to host our annual user day,” said Jose Gomensoro, Managing Director, Seidor UK.
“It was great to welcome so many of our customers and to show them the exciting innovations planned for SAP Business One and how these can further help transform their organisations with affordable SME software.
“SAP Business One is a solution that is ever-evolving so it was great to hear from some of SAP’s leading experts on the planned functionality to help users run faster and smarter – whilst staying compliant with upcoming regulations.
“The Tips and Trick session gave users the opportunity to understand some of the great time savings shortcuts our senior consultants use on a daily basis for enhanced usability, and the SAP HANA Analytics seminar showed the power and the potential of using real-time data to make better business decisions.”
A number of Seidor’s eco-system partners also attended the event to show users how they can customise their solution using certified products such as Boyum’s B1 UP, B1 Print and Delivery and CRM for Outlook add-ons. Users also saw how to improve workflows and integrations with third-party applications with Codeless Platforms BPA and how to boost business intelligence with Solver’s BI360.
Finally, after delegates had delved into the SAP Business One mobile apps for sales and service, it was their turn to do some exploring with a guided tour around the Palace and its manicured gardens.
