Open tickets provide a summary of the planned works or issues listed, customer name, address and contact person. Within the app, users can make calls directly, update colleagues, take a photo, add an attachment, and check the service history of the client.
Upon completion, users can quickly review and capture a quick report to post back into SAP Business One. The app lets customers provide an e-signature on the phone as proof of competition. Users also having the option to connect their device to a portable Bluetooth printer to print out a service receipt.
Within the app there’s a number of reports for users to track a range of KPIs. These reports include the number of monthly tickets, yearly in-service rate, plus the top five fixed items and visited customers.
